Stress

I understand that everyone has stress but recently I have felt overwhelmed and overloaded with my life which is adding alot of stress. I'm finding it difficult to release stress because if I take time to release stress I get more because I took time away from doing things that I need to do. I understand that time management is important but alot of the thing I do overlap with each other. I'm just wondering if anyone has any great ideas on how to deal with stress?

  1. Try doing things in segments. If you do one hour of homework reward yourself with fifteen or thirty minutes of a video game or a tv show then go back to homework again. That way your stuff is done in sections rather then all at once then it doesn't seem like as much.
