Stress

I understand that everyone has stress but recently I have felt overwhelmed and overloaded with my life which is adding alot of stress. I'm finding it difficult to release stress because if I take time to release stress I get more because I took time away from doing things that I need to do. I understand that time management is important but alot of the thing I do overlap with each other. I'm just wondering if anyone has any great ideas on how to deal with stress?

Am I the only one who gets no sudden urge to do homework because procrastinating is really annoying and stressful. Why does the idea of " it will all work its self out in the end" come to mind when I procrastinate, but  overall does anyone else procrastinate or does everyone else do their homework right away?

Let's get this out of the way now

The thing that is annoying to me is that people almost always have a conversation on politics at least every four years. I don't understand why people make such an over exaggerated deal about the topic because my opinions have changed since I've been in IB. I have analyzed some of the aspects of the presidential candidates and notice how some of their ideas are supposed to solve the "recession" and unemployment issue. In IB History 11 Mr. Anderson showed the class a video on the economic issues in the U.S. over the last decade. The video pointed out how the major banks (J.P. Morgan) give out the sub-prime loans that they say are supposed to be really safe but are the exact opposite by that the loans have a high interest rate. It also pointed out how the economic adviser hasn't changed in the last 8-12 years. The adviser used to be a high ranking chairman or ceo of J.P. Morgan (ironic?), this makes sense in why the banking hasn't changed. My overall opinion or position on politics is that I'm not a democrat nor republican because in my opinion to fix the economy one must fix the banking system entirely to solve the issue, and another thing to keep in mind is that the U.S.'s debt has to be payed back sometime so adding to it digs the hole deeper sort of speak.

Language fails

If language fails so much then why are there so many languages. Do you think that all the languages were attempts to solve the issue to communicate or were they all just failures that no one wanted to improve or change.

My thoughts on this are that all the languages were attempts to make the transfer of ideas and thoughts easier but also to attempt make it less complex in comparison to the rest of the languages.
